How to delete my account?

At ninosBank, we handle data very carefully and will never keep any data when you delete your account.

Option 1 - Delete yourself within app

Follow below steps to delete your account within app:

Step 1: Login to ninosBank app with username/email and password.

Step 2: Only parents can delete the account. So select parent profile.

Step 3: Tap menu button on top right corner

Step 4: Select "Delete Account" and confirm.

Option 2 - Contact us to delete your account

You can write to us at hello@ninosbank.com to request account deletion. Make your you email us from the email id for which you want to delete account. We will delete your account within 30 days and will confirm via email.

What data will be delete and will you still keep any data for my account?

Firstly, we ensure you that if you delete your account then we will NOT keep any data for your record. All the data related to your account will be deleted. Below are some of the key data items for example which will be deleted:

  • Username
  • Password
  • Email
  • Children names and any accounts associated to them
  • Chores
  • Credit Score
  • Any data related to your account
